the pics of mino on the 'boat' are a re-creation of columbus' voyage to the new world. I thought it fitting because she didn't know about the first thanksgiving. I'm pretty sure that it didn't click, she'll probably remember thanksgiving as the day mom uses tons of elmer's glue and makes everyone wear unseemly hats.

You'll just have to send Mills off to boarding school rather than trust your Joy School curriculum or mothering instincts. I hear there's a great school in Esparto, CA that's accepting applicants.
